GIFT PRINT Death

This design is an interpretation inspired by the 15th century, the beginning of an era of repression, the so-called witch hunt.
Thousands of women were executed for practicing "witchcraft," which included a wide range of acts and circumstances, from medicine practiced by women, the preparation of potions and medicines, divination and magic, to social behaviors rejected by religious authorities.

The style of the illustrations is inspired by the engraving technique and pre-Raphaelite paintings ✨
