Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns of orders within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the exchange is available. The product must not have been used, and it must be in its original box with any accompanying items. Stationery and discounted products are not eligible for exchanges or returns. In no case will a refund be issued; instead, the amount will be accumulated on a gift card.
Shipping costs for EXCHANGES within mainland Spain will be covered by the buyer. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands exchange shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the buyer. In mainland Spain, shipping costs are €5 per journey. We do not do international exchanges.
The RETURN shipping costs for products will be borne by the buyer in all cases, plus a €1 handling fee for web and banking processing. Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances; the cost of shipping within mainland Spain is €5 per journey. The amount from the return will be accumulated on a gift card.We do not do international return.

We are not responsible for orders without tracking codes, and we disclaim all responsibility once the product’s delivery to the customer has been confirmed. Refunds will not be issued under any option.
We are not responsible for extra costs associated with incorrectly written addresses by the buyer. We are also not responsible for additional costs of returned packages after at least one delivery attempt and the package being held for more than 5 days at the local postal office awaiting pickup.
Cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to tax treatment outside mainland Spain.
Buyers will pay any applicable customs duties and tariffs. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.
(CHRISTMAS PERIOD) Exchange deadlines are extended until January 8th during the Christmas period, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a defective product, you must contact info@furiafuria.com within 3 days of receiving the order and send us an image clearly showing the defect. We will attempt to verify that the product is indeed defective. Any spelling on the products or products sold as discounted items will not be considered defective. If you need to send the product back to the warehouse, we will cover the shipping
