Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns of orders within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, provided that the item is available. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with any additional products that accompanied it. Stationery items cannot be exchanged or returned.
The shipping costs for EXCHANGES and RETURNS will be borne by the buyer. In mainland Spain, the costs are €6. We do not offer international exchanges.
The shipping costs associated with the RETURN of products will be borne by the buyer. The shipping costs associated with the initial delivery will not be refunded under any circumstances. The cost of return shipping in mainland Spain is €6. International returns are not accepted.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the courier service due to addresses incorrectly written by the buyer. Nor are we responsible for any additional costs incurred by returned packages, after at least one delivery attempt has been made and they have been waiting for more than 5 days to be collected at the relevant post office. We are not responsible for the costs of returning orders due to customs rejection in any country.
Cancellations are not accepted.
Exchanges or returns of products sold as Taras are not accepted.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for stationery products.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for the processing of taxes outside the Spanish Peninsula.
Buyers shall pay the applicable customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.
Orders that have not been claimed within 1 year will lose the right to claim both the shipment of the product and the refund of the cost in any form of payment.
After 1 month from the date of receipt of the order according to the tracking code, it will not be valid to request or claim loss, theft, or defect of the order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event of a defective product, you must contact info@furiafuria.com within the 14-day exchange and return period and send us an image clearly showing the defect. None of the spellings of the words contained in the products will be considered defective, nor will the measurements of the garments, as they are handmade products and may vary by +/-1.5 cm. If you have to send the product to the warehouse, we will cover the shipping costs. As soon as it is verified that the product is defective, a refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you receive an order that does not correspond to what you purchased, you must contact info@furiafuria.com within 3 days of receiving the order and send us a picture showing everything you received with their respective references in the box and the proof of payment and shipping. We will provide a solution once we have verified the contents. No spelling mistakes in the words contained in the products will be considered an incorrect product. If you have to send the product back to the warehouse, we will cover the shipping costs. As soon as it is verified that the order was incorrect, a refund or exchange will be made to the affected User. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with any additional products that accompanied it.
