Our tracked shipments within mainland Spain typically take 24/48 hours, although they may extend to 72 hours during peak periods such as Christmas. However, the usual delivery time is 24 hours. Shipping costs are €5 for tracked deliveries within mainland Spain, and €2 for untracked shipments within mainland Spain(orders without tracking code are only for stationery)

In general, the preparation time for our orders is less than 24 hours, so orders placed before 1:00 PM will typically be dispatched the same day, with exceptions for peak times like Christmas or the launch of new collections.

Untracked shipments are sent as regular letters, which usually take an average of 10 business days. If the shipment has not arrived after this period, the customer will need to visit their local post office, corresponding to their postal code, and inquire about a regular letter in their name. Furia is not responsible for such shipments, as per our policy.

Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are sent as registered letters exempt from VAT, which take 5 to 7 business days unless held by customs. For these shipments, a DNI (Spanish National ID) is always required.

Shipments are made through the Correos transportation company, which does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Therefore, orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed for shipment until the next business day.

Exchanges or returns due to tax treatment outside mainland Spain are not accepted.

Buyers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and tariffs. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.
